Desiree Harris, MPH

CAMP Staff

Desiree is a Substance Use Navigator as well as the Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator with the Center for Addiction Medicine and Policy. She has a burning passion for advocating for those who need a voice and found her purpose in being a strong advocate for the vulnerable. Her journey has been shaped by her pursuit of a master’s in public health (MPH), which has equipped her with the essential skills to make a real impact in the lives of others. As an advocate, she works closely with a team of dedicated volunteers to orchestrate weekly community outreach efforts that extend a helping hand to those who need it most. She also builds and maintains relationships with community partners in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
