Madison Schmus is a registered nurse with a foundation in emergency nursing and a passion for caring for individuals with complex medical and social needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and later completed her Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing education through La Salle University, becoming a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN).
Madison is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is training to become an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include addiction medicine, wound care, community health, and improving healthcare access for underserved populations.
Outside of work and school, Madison enjoys staying active at the gym (and occasionally splurging on overpriced fitness classes), spending time with friends and family, and finding opportunities to recharge between work and graduate school.
